CSE offers one of the most competitive compensation packages in the industry.

First-Time Surrogates: Total Up To $87,000
$65,000 – $75,000 Plus $12,000 benefit package

Second-Time Surrogates: Total Up To $97,000
$78,000 – $85,000 Plus $12,000 benefit package

Third-Time (or Experienced) Surrogates: Total Up To $132,000
$88,000 – $120,000 Plus $12,000 benefit package

Your $12,000 benefit package is designed to support you throughout your journey and may include allowances for maternity clothing, monthly expenses, wellness support, and other pregnancy-related needs.

All compensation details are clearly outlined in your legal contract before you begin, ensuring full transparency and peace of mind.

Surrogates should not carry financial burdens during their journey. In some cases, you may need to prepay small expenses such as obtaining medical records or local travel to screening appointments. However, all approved surrogacy-related costs are fully reimbursed with a receipt. Intended parents are responsible for the financial aspects of the journey, and our team ensures you are not financially burdened at any stage of the process.

All required travel related to screening, embryo transfer, or medical appointments is covered by the intended parents. We coordinate logistics to make travel as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Matching timelines vary, but many surrogates are matched within just 1 weeks after completing screening. We carefully align values, expectations, and communication preferences to create strong, lasting matches.

Yes. Matching is a mutual process. You will be able to ask us any questions about the IP(s) as well as get to know them through the match meeting and have the opportunity to connect before making any commitment.

Generally, you should wait at least 6–12 months after a healthy delivery before starting another surrogacy journey, depending on your doctor’s recommendation. We have surrogates who gets matched immediately in a new journey just after birth, that’s because the process takes some time, during the process you will attend screenings, appointments, and clinics which takes up the wait.
