We carefully guide every surrogate through a thoughtful screening process to ensure a safe, positive, and meaningful journey for both you and the intended parents. Our goal is to support you fully while creating beautiful families along the way.

To qualify as a gestational surrogate with CSE Family, you’ll need to:
● Be between 21 and 39 years old
● Be a U.S. citizen
● Be a non-smoker in good overall health
● Be within a healthy height and weight range
● Have a healthy pregnancy history, including at least one successful birth and currently raising your child
● Have had previous deliveries at 36 weeks or later (unless a multiple pregnancy), without major complications
● Not currently receive state or federal financial assistance
● Be comfortable with the medication process, including injections when needed
● Be open to completing a background check (your spouse or partner will also participate)
● Be willing to complete a psychological consultation
