• Sign the surrogate engagement agreement and pay the initial service fee.

• The law firm sets up a trust account for the IPs and surrogate; the surrogate undergoes medical review, background check, and psych evaluation and then visits the clinic for a medical screening.

• The clinic provides a personalized embryo transfer schedule, and the surrogate completes all required pre-transfer medical evaluations.

• Approximately 10–14 days after embryo transfer, a blood test (β-hCG) is performed to confirm pregnancy.

• In the third trimester, we initiate the legal process to secure parental rights through court-approved documentation.

  (2) Direct issuance of the birth certificate listing you as the legal parent(s) from the moment of birth.

• The gestational carrier is scheduled for hospital admission for delivery.

• The baby is discharged from the hospital 28–48 hours after birth.
